We are a Made-to-order brand and constantly working towards eradicating the production of surplus stock and are also committed to the safety of our team and hence our production unit is working in small batch shifts. Thank you for understanding and your support for us and the movement of sustainable slow fashion. 

We are now shipping orders within 10-15 working days. In case there is further delay in production due to government rules or lockdown, we shall notify you immediately. 

As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Dispatch timeline may vary due to the nature of the product. (Refer product description for details). We will notify you as soon as your order is dispatched from the warehouse. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents sites. For domestic shipments, please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive and 5-10 working days for international shipments.

Once you feed in your complete shipping address at check out, you will be able to see an auto-generated shipping fee. Please see approximate shipping charges for two countries below:

USA - US $20

UK - 15 pounds

Europe and rest of the world - 20 pounds

Australia - AUD $30

Singapore - SGD $25


You will receive order related emails in two stages.

  1. An order confirmation email once you place the order.
  2. A shipment email once the order is dispatched from our studio to your address. You will be able to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company through the tracking code in the second email.

Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to our studio. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address or wrong telephone number.

If you desire express shipping, please write to with subject: EXPRESS SHIPPING, to inquire about the additional charges to your city. Currently, express shipping has been disabled by our courier partner due to covid.


We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at and we will get back to you.

SOY, a natural material : Slight variations in terms of texture and colours are bound to appear in each item. Each and every piece is unique and handcrafted by our artisans. Little variations on the same will not be subjected to rejection.

Fabric : The digitally printed canvas / cloth used in our products might vary in different parts and patches due to the general property of the fabric.

The product bought will only be accepted for replace because the pieces are made upon request if they are intimated with in 3 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever.

Note : Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.

In case of damage :

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else KAMELLIA will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.

The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. KAMELLIA will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.

In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, will only be repaired within a period of one month from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.

KAMELLIA acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online.

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.

Every single piece designed & produced in KAMELLIA  goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.

Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for three months. All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at within 3 days of receiving the order. 

In case of either damaged product return or size exchange, please write to with subject: RETURNS. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. KAMELLIA must be notified within three days of receipt of clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days. 

No exchange and refund on discounted items.

KAMELLIA team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
